Due to a hardware failure in one of our data centers on 12/26/2021, one of our internal services became stuck, and the event distribution got delayed, which affected lifecycle handling of chat sessions. The issue was quickly resolved and all Userlike services are once again available. We’ll continue to monitor our servers closely to ensure there aren’t further disruptions. We apologize for the inconvenience the loss of service caused you.
