We are working with our cloud-hosting vendor to determine the cause for a long-running maintenance window that is causing 404 errors on many sites.

Apr 22, 11:19 PDT Resolved - We are investigating a short period of downtime on our Enterprise platform. We are working with our cloud hosting provider to diagnose the issue. Sites should be operating normally again as of 2pm EST.

Nov 18, 07:38 PST Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Nov 18, 04:22 PST Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Nov 18, 04:01 PST Identified - Our upstream cloud infrastructure provider has acknowledged a global issue affecting my sites across the internet. We are closely monitoring the situation and estimate that it will be resolved through the next several hours.

Jun 13, 17:38 PDT Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Jun 12, 14:08 PDT Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Jun 12, 13:11 PDT Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue related to administrator access to the LexBlog platform. Administrators may have trouble logging in, and some editorial functionality is down. In particular, customers who use our "Breaking News" email feature may have trouble sending campaigns. This appears to be due to an outage with our cloud security partner ( https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ ) but we're working diligently to investigate and resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Mar 26, 08:19 PDT Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Mar 26, 06:34 PDT Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Mar 26, 05:54 PDT Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. Mar 26, 04:57 PDT Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue leading to slow page load times for logged-in customers. The issue does not seem to affect site visitors.

Mar 7, 08:24 PST Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Feb 25, 13:42 PST Monitoring - Around 4pm EST today, the LexBlog Platform 2 environment came under attack from a large bot network based in Asia. Our engineers identified and blocked the attack. The total downtime is estimated to have been about 16 minutes. We continue to monitor the situation.

Sep 20, 08:54 PDT Resolved - Last night, some sites on the LexBlog Platform experienced approximately 3 hours of downtime. This occurred between 9pm and midnight, PST. The root cause of this issue was a technical difficulty during a scheduled maintenance event. In addition to this technical failure, we failed to communicate this issue effectively, both before the scheduled maintenance and during the unexpected downtime. We're reviewing our processes for handling disruptions like this and we apologize for any issues it may have caused.
