It appears that one of our internet carriers is experiencing periods of high latency. We are currently investigating and will update as we have details.

The ISP carrier has announced that the issue is being worked and is on the ISP side and affecting certain upstream paths. We are monitoring the situation and will continue to update as the solution is worked. It does appear that some paths have been resolved and are now working properly.
