An internet service interruption occurred at one of our facilities affecting some clients ability to backup data and reach Cloud Service management portals. No production cloud services were affected. All services have been restored. This interruption occurred on 04/19/2020 23:15 EST to 04/20/2020 00:15 EST (approximately 1hr).
