    One of the internet providers used in RTP POD01 experienced a service interruption at approximately 2:35am EDT that lasted approximately 15 minutes. A portion of customers may have experienced issues with WAN connectivity or heavy packet loss. The carrier resolved the event and service has been fully restored.
