One of our internet providers is experiencing a DDoS attack which is creating intermittent packet loss. Customers with servers & services leveraging connections on this provider or may experience service interruptions or degradation. We are working on ways to circumvent the interruptions and will update as we get more details.

The attack subsided around 16:00PM EST this afternoon. We are continuing to monitor but have not seen additional spikes since then. We're closing the incident and will re-open if it returns.
