    We are aware of an issue where some subset of users may not be able to accept a call from their Intercom. We will provide updates here.

    We have released an update to our app that we believe mitigates this issue. Please update to the latest version. We are continuing to monitor to ensure resolution.

    This issue has been resolved, please ensure user's have updated to app version 2.80.1 in order to ensure issues are mitigated.
