    We have identified an ongoing issue with Intercom calls, are investigating. At this time, guests and visitors who call on a unit may see failed calls at a high rate. Suggested work arounds include calling the tenant directly and having them perform a remote unlock via the Latch App.

    This issue is now resolved. Intercom calling should function as normal.
