Also, we initiated the rollback process for template ID changes that impacted API-based sending. While this rollback is underway, we'll notify you as soon as the process is complete and ensure everything is fully restored.     The incident affecting WhatsApp templates has now been fully resolved. We have completed the rollback process for template ID changes that impacted API-based sending. This means that previous template IDs have been restored, and the key is now back to "template_id", as it was before (not "template_uuid").
