We are currently investigating issues with users logging into the Event Store Cloud console.

Our identity provider reported increased latency in their infrastructure which caused increased latency and errors for users attempting to log into the Event Store Cloud console. They report they have resolved the issue on their end and we are no longer seeing issues on our side. Thank you for your patience.
