  3. postmortem Oct 17, 2025, 02:27 PM UTC

On October 6, 2025, some Konnect customers encountered 404 errors when accessing the Audit Log Configuration screen in the Konnect UI. The issue was caused by a UI change that attempted to call a new version \(v3\) of the Audit log configuration API that was not yet fully enabled for all customers. Our engineering team quickly identified the issue and rolled back the change, fully restoring the audit log configuration from the UI. This incident did not affect the actual functionality and no customer audit logs were lost. The impact was limited to the display of the Audit Logs page. We’ve taken steps to strengthen monitoring, testing, and feature flag handling to help prevent similar incidents in the future.
