We’re currently investigating an issue where message analytics are not populating as expected. This issue began at approximately 5PM ET today and appears to be impacting all accounts. Message sending does not appear to be impacted. Engineering is actively working to identify the root cause and restore analytics functionality as soon as possible. We’ll provide updates here as we learn more.
