Status: Identified We are currently investigating an issue affecting order receipt printing. The issue is related to the microservice responsible for generating and converting receipts into the required printing format. As a result, some order receipts may fail to print, be delayed, or not be generated in the expected format. Order processing remains available, but receipt generation or printing may be delayed or unsuccessful for affected orders. Our team is working on a fix to restore normal receipt printing functionality. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made.

Status: Resolved The fix has been implemented, and our team has monitored the service over the past 20 hours. During this monitoring period, the issue did not reoccur. Order receipt generation and printing are now operating normally. This incident is now considered closed.
