Users will get an error screen when attempting to access the ThryvPay platform. Business Center users who utilize ThryvPay as their payment processor may experience issues with processing customer payments at this time. Include Geographic Scope: All ThryvPay users Current Workaround: No available workaround at this time. If one becomes available this section will be updated. We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates. Next Update Scheduled For: 4:30pm CT

    Current Status: Partially Operational Discovered: February 13, 2026 at 9:30am CT Resolved: February 13, 2026 at 10:30am CT Impacted Product: Marketing Center & Business Center Affected Feature: Social tab - Scheduled posts What does this mean for you? We are currently aware of an issue preventing clients from scheduling posts via the Social Calendar. Our development team is actively investigating the matter. Current Workaround: Clients may use the Content Library to create and schedule posts as a temporary workaround. We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

    As a workaround, clients may use the Content Library to create and schedule posts. Our development team continues to work on a resolution for the issue with Scheduled Social Posting. We will continue to provide updates until fully resolved.
