Update timeline

  1. investigating Sep 24, 2020, 04:46 PM UTC

We are currently investigating why tables are warped in Kalix or sometimes not visible. It seems like this is a viewing issue and the data does not seem affected, so we hope to have a fix available soon.

  2. identified Sep 24, 2020, 05:05 PM UTC

We are currently deploying a fix to Kalix which may take about 15 mins to go live. If you are currently using Kalix you know when the fix is live when you get a notification that there has been an update to Kalix. You should refresh the page to get the fix at this point.

  3. monitoring Sep 24, 2020, 05:30 PM UTC

The fix is now live, tables should be back to normal. If you are still seeing any issues on your documents please try refreshing the page first so that you definitely have the latest Kalix version. If this still doesn't help please contact us at [email protected]. We are currently monitoring the fix to see if there are recurring issues.

  4. resolved Sep 24, 2020, 06:20 PM UTC

Templates and documents seem to be back to normal. We are resolving the issue for now. The underlying cause of the issue was a small update made overnight to support tabs in our documents. The problem is that many of our document elements have html that include tabs that were ignored before, but were causing issues. We have rolled back this change for now.
