Twilio is aware of the issue and working actively to resolve it. Our team is actively monitoring this issue. Any accounts receiving or placing live phone calls may be affected. We will provide updates as they become available. Users should experience no issues with standard voice calls. We are also fully recovered on both inbound and outbound Flex calls.
