We're aware that some customers are experiencing issues logging in, switching accounts, and saving or editing changes in the ATS. Our team is actively investigating the cause and working on a fix. We'll post an update as soon as we have more information.

Service Restored, Continued Monitoring. The ATS was unavailable for approximately 20–30 minutes. We've identified the cause: a malfunction in an email delivery notification system created excessive traffic to our servers, degrading performance. We've disabled the affected component and service has been restored. We are continuing to investigate a related issue affecting some data-saving actions and will provide a further update shortly.

All reported issues have now been resolved. Both the initial outage and the subsequent issues affecting certain actions (switching accounts, editing jobs, adding comments) have been addressed; these were caused by a stale login cookie. If you continue to experience problems, please log out and log back in to resolve this. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

We identified an issue affecting embedded widgets following a recent deployment. The issue has since been resolved by rolling back the affected deployment changes. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and implementing preventive measures. As part of the postmortem process, we identified that although all changes were tested prior to deployment, there were gaps in our end-to-end validation process for embedded widget flows involving the embedder, the widget itself, and the caching layer. To address this going forward, we are strengthening our testing and validation processes to improve end-to-end coverage and reduce the likelihood of similar issues reaching production in the future.
