IBM is currently investigating a problem in this location that has caused downtime for multiple customers. As soon as we have more details, we will provide an update. If you are experiencing problems connecting to resources, it is most likely related to this.

IBM made a change to the backend storage that each virtual server uses that caused problems with two of our volumes. IBM reverted the change and the virtual servers are back online. We are reviewing any remaining servers that are alerting and will work tor resolve any remaining issues.
