    Technicians discovered that our Washington DC datacenter location became unavailable at around 3:15am EST. It was discovered that one of the edge firewalls at this location became mostly unresponsive, and at 4:59am EST, services were able to be restored over onto the standby unit. All public connectivity to customer workloads were down during this outage We are still investigating the issue with IBM datacenter technicians to find the root cause of this outage.
