    Technicians discovered that our Dallas datacenter location became unavailable at around 6:10am EST. Services were restored around 6:40am EST We are still investigating the issue with IBM datacenter technicians to find the root cause of this outage.

    Technicians discovered that our Dallas datacenter location became unavailable at around 2:02pm EST. Technicians are working with IBM to resolve the problem.

    Correction 2:02 pm was start of downtime start time. Services were restored around 2:29 pm EST. Technicians are working with IBM to determine the root cause.
