At about 1:30pm EST, Jenzabar Cloud Engineers became aware of a host hardware issue. Any customer workloads being carried by this server would have been brought back online within minutes on different hardware. We are continuing to work with IBM data center technicians to correct the hardware issues, but at this time, all customer workloads should be available. If not, please submit ticket through Jenzabar Support.
