    IBM is currently investigating a problem in this location that has caused degraded network performance and brief periodic connectivity interruptions for multiple customers. As soon as we have more details, we will provide an update. If you are experiencing problems connecting to resources, it is most likely related to this.

    For reference, we have confirmed two times of brief network connectivity issues in the east coast location. These times were: ~11:34am EST ~1:31pm EST There may have been one other time earlier this morning, but that time hasn't been confirmed by our internal monitoring.

    At this time, IBM technicians have identified and corrected the issues that occurred at the time listed previously. This case is being moved to "Monitoring" status with normal operation at this time.
