We can now confirm that our carrier has isolated the issue to a faulty cable within one of their datacentres. A datacentre engineer was on site this afternoon attending third party equipment located in the carrier suite, and they believe that some slight disturbance in this area has caused a cable to fail. As soon as the carrier was able to locate the fault, they arranged for an engineer to replace the cable and service has now been fully restored. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disruption this has caused.
