We have been advised that some customer are experiencing slow performance when being routed to our CMS API in Brazil. We are currently investigating this issue.

One of our upstream providers have confirmed that the problem is caused by a connectivity issue outside of our systems. The provider have indicated that this will be resolved by 21:00 UTC.
