    We started expriencing high memory usage on our iRiS Manager Web App at around 6:30pm UTC which started to impact response times for some users of iRiS Manager. We scaled out the number of instances and the issue persisted to a degree but allowed us to bring response times back to normal. We have not seen this type memory issue before and we are investigating with Microsoft Azure support. We have added further automation to adjust our infrastructure automatically if a similar issue occurs but our engineers are primarily focused on working to uncover the root cause.
