During this time, maintenance will be performed on the Intermountain Health App databases. Multiple features and services may be unavailable or delayed during this time, including: messaging features, find a doctor or specialist, insurance look up features and message notifications and alerts regarding care.

Teams encountered issues after the database and OS updates. The database is unable to sync due to updated/changed parameters being called for after the update. The DB team is working with the vendor to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
