    We are investigating an issue affecting some AI agents using an earlier version of the Azure-hosted GPT-4o model. Agents using newer versions are not currently known to be affected. We are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue and adjust routing to restore normal operation. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    Currently Intelepeer is experiencing impacts to its API and SMS, portal services due to a global network issue with Cloudflare networks. Intelepeer is working to stabilize services.

The new flow version may not be correctly registered and deployed and IntelePeer recommends that the user re-attempt to deploy again and it should take affect within 3 minutes. IntelePeer engineering teams are currently working the issue but please open a ticket at [email protected] with flow ID if the issues persists.
