Elevated latency and delayed data loading

Beginning around 13:00 UTC on July 7, 2026, some customers may have experienced slower load times and delays in data appearing on their dashboards. We traced the cause to elevated load on part of our core infrastructure and have applied mitigations, including scaling the affected systems. Service performance has largely recovered. We are actively monitoring the situation and rolling out additional safeguards to prevent recurrence. We will post further updates as they become available.
