Some users accessing QRM through app.inspectorio-platform.com, mainly in China, are seeing pages that keep loading, slow logins, and mobile inspections that can't move to the next step. This started around 10:00 CST (02:00 UTC) on 9 October. We've traced it to the network path between our network provider's edge in China and our servers, and we're working with the provider to fix it. We'll post another update within 60 minutes.
