Starting at 8:47am Pacific, and lasting until 11:50am Pacific, the Insightly platform had a failure in one of the background services that processes various events including Workflows, Webhooks, Lambda functions, Search data sync, System Audit logs, and Notifications. We have remediated the issue and are working now on synchronizing search data.
