We have identified an issue with an internal SAML certificate reaching its expiry date and thus needs to be replaced at short notice - this could cause authorisation issues to customers who have a SAML based SSO integration as this certificate is used to validate the authenticity of requests. To fix this you will need to download the X509 certificate from your SSO metadata file, this can be located if you go to Integrations -> SSO -> SAML 2 -> Download Metadata. You can then take that certificate and upload it to your IdP to restore the SSO integration, if you have any issues please do not hesitate to email support on [email protected]. Please note that you will only need to do this if you have a SAML2 Single Sign On integration set up in control - if you are not using SAML then you do not have to do anything.
