    We are currently investigating this issue.

    We have identified an issue with data replication across our services, we're currently working on a fix for this asap.

    A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results of it - database health is returning to normal.

    This incident has been resolved - we experienced a database failure event during database rotation which then caused a lot of traffic to be forwarded to a failed database. We will release further information once an internal investigation has been carried out, we sincerely apologise for any inconveniences caused as a result of this.
