    Our provider for issuing MFA codes is currently experiencing an issue that is causing some subscribers to not receive MFA codes that enable them to login to our portal. The provider is currently working on the issue but we do not have an ETA on full recovery. We will keep this channel updated with status every hour.

    As part of our commitment to provide continuous, reliable and secure services to our partners and subscribers, Allstate Identify Protection will be performing upgrades on our critical infrastructure. Partners will experience downtime as part of this exercise. Subscribers will be presented with a maintenance page. Affected services will include: Member Portal, Customer Portal, Client Portal Maintenance window: Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 6:30 PM MST - 9:30 PM MST. Estimated downtime: downtime associated with this update may last up to 3 hours. We appreciate your understanding.
