The Virtual Lobby is unresponsive and we are investigating the reason. The rest of the platform is working normally.

We have identified the issue and fixed it. The Virtual Lobby should now open normally on Desktop and also on Mobile devices.

This issue was caused due to a code deployment we did to add support to custom Push Notifications with dynamic content \(first-name, last-name, email, etc\). This code had, in some circumstances, a loop that would cause your browser tab to crash and freeze completely. We reverted this code and we will evaluate another way to build dynamic content to Push Notifications.
