The issue has been identified as a problem with our DNS propagation for our loadbalanced services. This is unfortunately with our third-party DNS provider and out of our control. An incident will be raised with our third-party directly. We will continue to monitor and a further update will be added shortly.

All DNS routes have now remained stable for over an hour. As such we believe this incident has been resolved, although we will continue to monitor closely.
