At approximately 6:52 AM US ET \(10:52 UTC\) on May 20, 2024 Identifi observed that a sub-set of customers hosted in our Azure infrastructure were not available. Identifi staff began troubleshooting the issue. By approximately 9 AM US ET Identifi staff found and resolved the problem. All impacted customers were brought back online within 10 minutes. Root Cause This event was caused by a malformed configuration setting in the Azure infrastructure code managed by Identifi. Lessons Learned and Process Improvements Identifi has identified the code segment and the problem. Our cloud infrastructure team has modified the running code to correct the error. And will update the code so that future invocations will check the configuration to ensure that it has a proper format and valid value.
