We are currently experiencing a delay in updating the statistics and specifically the calculation of the number of closed conversations. The delay is being caught up and we will update this incident when it is resolved. This delay has impacted the calculation of your remuneration for the day of Sunday, May 16th. As your pay is calculated the following Monday for the previous week, this day will not be counted for the past week. It will be well accounted for and integrated into the calculation of remuneration for this week (and therefore visible in next Monday May 24th). We thank you in advance for your patience.
