We note a saturation of the database used by the bots for their proper functioning. This saturation makes it impossible for the bots to follow their scenario. As a result, visitors can initiate a conversation with a bot but do not receive a response. The direct distribution of conversations to the experts works well. However, the bots can no longer take over the conversations or transfer them to the experts. We continue our investigations to identify the origin of the problem.

We were able to increase the storage capacity of the database and are currently trying to restart the service

The restart of the service is effective and the bots are again able to process and transfer conversations. We continue to monitor the activity on the platform.
