We are currently experiencing latencies on the presence service that manages the detection of agent availability. During these latency periods, presence changes (connection, disconnection, availability or unavailability) are taken into account with a delay. As a result, some users may not receive a conversation. Observed periods : 10:42 - 10:50am (UTC+2) 11:20 - 11:42am (UTC+2) The situation is currently stable, however we are currently analyzing the problem to identify its origin.
