We are currently investigating a profile visibility issue. We have identified a small subset of users who have had their profiles visually removed from in-game menus/API etc. Note that these profiles are not wiped and their data is still intact. We are aiming to restore everyone affected by this shortly.

We are currently investigating an issue with an upstream provider, resulting in players being unable to log in to the Minecraft Server.
A fix has been implemented by the upstream provider and we are now monitoring.

We are aware of an issue causing some players on 1.8.9 to be unable to join the Hypixel Server due to an authentication issue with Mojang on their vanilla launcher. This is not an issue that the Hypixel Server can resolve, but we are monitoring the situation.

We are currently investigating issues causing some joins to the Dark Auction to fail. In the meantime we have disabled joining the Dark Auction.

We're monitoring an issue preventing some users from logging into the Hypixel Store. We're waiting for a resolution from our upstream provider and will post an update as soon as the issue is resolved. Users who are able to login to Hypixel Store are not affected and purchases are still being processed normally. This issue only affects the Hypixel Store login page.

Since last Friday, we’ve been aware of ongoing regional packet loss affecting some users. The cause of the issue has been identified, and it’s with one of our upstream providers. Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA for a resolution, but we continue pushing for a fix. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this is causing and appreciate your patience. We’ll share more updates as soon as we have them.

We are currently investigating a backend issue and as a result, SkyBlock has been put into emergency maintenance and players are unable to join.
We have narrowed down an issue specifically with the database for Garden worlds, as a result, the game is available again but joining The Garden is disabled.
