We have identified a small subset of users who have had their profiles visually removed from in-game menus/API etc. Note that these profiles are not wiped and their data is still intact. We are aware of an issue causing some players on 1.8.9 to be unable to join the Hypixel Server due to an authentication issue with Mojang on their vanilla launcher. This is not an issue that the Hypixel Server can resolve, but we are monitoring the situation.

We're monitoring an issue preventing some users from logging into the Hypixel Store. We're waiting for a resolution from our upstream provider and will post an update as soon as the issue is resolved. Users who are able to login to Hypixel Store are not affected and purchases are still being processed normally. This issue only affects the Hypixel Store login page.
