Our Workplace/Development blog is back online now that our upstream hosting provider has resolved their network issues.
We are experiencing some issues with the server that send reminders out in the background. We will have this resolved in the next few minutes, but reminders could be delayed by up to an hour.
Some services, such as email sending seem to be coming back online after the major AWS outage today. However it appears that some of our third party partners that we rely upon may be still down, including our eSignature document conversion provider, and our HelpScout helpdesk system.
All our services seem to be back online again after a major AWS outage. We will continue to monitor all services and post regular updates should things change again.
Our platform provider, Amazon AWS, has reported issues with many of their services in the Eastern USA region, which is where our main servers are based. Unfortunately, this is affecting tasks like sending emails and eSignature documents etc. We are closely monitoring the situation and will update this status page as we become aware of any new developments.
Our ability to deliver emails from our app is currently down. We are working with our email providers to attempt to resolve this as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience. The email delivery issues have been resolved and all email queues are now being sent real time. Thank you for your patience.
The email deliverability issues from yesterday are now completely resolved and all emails are sending on schedule as expected. Some customers may receive belated emails from yesterday as the backlog of undelivered emails are cleared.
