We are currently performing scheduled maintenance on the backup system for Agency Hosting plans. As part of this update, we are migrating to a new and more reliable backup solution. During this transition, existing backups may temporarily not be visible in hPanel. New backups will begin generating immediately and will fully repopulate over the next 7 days (one backup per day). We understand backups are critical to your workflow. This change is being made to ensure greater reliability and consistency going forward — the previous system had known issues that could result in backups being unavailable for restoration. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We will update this page as the migration progresses.
