Holvi experienced a major incident on October 30, 2020 affecting Holvi Mastercard, lasting 6h 53m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

A small number of card transactions failed since 9 am (EET). If you encounter an issue with a card payment, please try again. We’re actively working on fixing the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for bearing with us - we will update you as soon as the issue has been resolved. Eine kleine Anzahl an Kartenzahlungen konnte seit heute 10.00 Uhr (CEST) nicht ausgeführt werden. Wenn du ein Problem mit einer Zahlung hast, bitte probiere die Zahlung nochmals auszuführen. Wir arbeiten aktuell mit Hochdruck daran dieses Problem zu lösen. Wir entschuldigen uns für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten. Danke für deine Geduld - wir werden hier ein Update geben sobald dieser Vorfall behoben wurde. Pieni määrä korttitapahtumia epäonnistui klo 9.00 (EET) jälkeen.
