We’re currently experiencing longer waiting times for the personal identification video calls with our partner IDnow. If you’re having difficulty starting the call, please try again at a later time. The video call can be started daily between 08.00 and 24.00 (CET). Zurzeit gibt es längere Wartezeiten bei der Identitätsprüfung per Videoanruf. Unser Partner IDNow hat das Problem bereits erkannt und arbeitet an einer Lösung. Falls du es dir nicht möglich sein sollte, einen Anruf zu starten, versuche es bitte zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmal. Du kannst den Service täglich zwischen 8.00 und 24.00 Uhr (CET) erreichen.
