We’re solving a disruption that prevents customers from starting a live chat with us when logged in to the service
Holvi experienced a major incident on January 3, 2022 affecting Holvi Support Chat, lasting 20d 18h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We’ve noticed that logged in customers are prevented from starting a live chat with us and can’t see the live chat as an option in our chatbot Solvi. Our team is investigating the issue and is working on a solution. This only concerns Finnish and German speaking customers. Our public chat is still working so please feel free to chat with us at Holvi.com.
