    We are currently experiencing delays for personal identification video calls via our partner IDnow in Germany. Some customers are receiving error messages. We are currently investigating the issue and will update here as soon as we know more. Es kommt in Deutschland aktuell zu Verzögerungen bei der persönlichen Identifikation per Videoanruf mit unserem Partner IDnow. Einige Kunden erhalten Fehlermeldungen. Wir versuchen aktuell den Fehler zu finden und geben hier ein Update, sobald wir mehr wissen.

    The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

    The issue has been solved. Personal identification via video call should be possible again. Die Störung wurde behoben. Die persönliche Identifikartion per Videoanruf sollte wieder möglich sein.
