Our web servers reported a significant, temporary performance issue. The issue resolved on its own so we'll be keeping a close eye on our monitoring tools and investigating the root cause.

This appears to be an issue with our monitoring and a small number of very slow requests. Will continue to investigate but will be closing the incident as a false alarm from our monitoring.
