Some of our customers are experiencing certificate warnings when using older devices or browsers. Platforms that were previously supported but will now be showing issues are listed here: https://letsencrypt.org/docs/certificate-compatibility/#platforms-that-trust-dst-root-ca-x3 We've updated our certificates to address the above issue, however the following platforms remain unsupported: https://letsencrypt.org/docs/certificate-compatibility/#known-incompatible

The certificate update has addressed the problem and customers are no longer seeing certificate issues.
