We understand the impact this has had on your ability to access our services and apologize for the inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team is actively collaborating with our authentication provider to investigate the root cause of this issue. We are working diligently to identify the necessary measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
